The Women's Comedy Brigade is a fundraising arm of the Hysterical Festival, the first-annual all-women comedy festival in New York City, taking place in October 2008.

The Women's Comedy Brigade does two things:

1. Collect donations of any size. Donate as little as $5 to the Hysterical Festival and you become a Matron (or Patron) of the Arts! After your donation, you will be taken to a thank-you page where you will receive a (non-sample) version of the web graphic at right, which you can post on your blog or website to show everyone how awesome you are. 2. Donate $500 to the Hysterical Festival and you get a live comedy show just for you and a group of your choice. For real! We'll send three ladies to your birthday party, office party, bachelorette party, or even your living room. Seriously, we're fundraising -- we might even perform on the A train at rush hour.
